This workout starts with a warm up, a floor series focused on glutes followed by a standing lunge series and arm exercises. We finishing off with some abs and back exercises. To modify, you can do this workout with lighter arm weights or no weights at all for beginners! Workout Levels: Intermediate/Advanced
