Join me for a 45 minute arms & abs strength workout! This workout consist of 3 series of upper body work including chest press, rows, Y flys, shoulder presses & bicep curls followed by a 5 minute ab burner focused on building lean muscle. I'm using one set of heavy 15lb dumbbells & one lighter pair that are 5lb.
